Still having issue with part throttle knock. Ive been running the 87 octane tune with 89 gas from different locations trying to see if i could stop the knock. It really feels like the motor lugs alot it seems to downshift too soon and when it does requires a fair bit throttle to make it up. I get about 4-9st and 2-3lt accellerating slowly from 50-100km/hr. also have noticed donno if its tune but it feels like the trans trq.. convertor does some weird lockup every ten mins. I feel a slight burst in speed for maybe a split sec at highway speeds. :normal: 2010 ram 1500 5.7 crom 1r09g

Run 93 oct fuel and the knock will go down to St only with usually less that 2 cts.

Get a catch can; recirculated oil vapors will lower your effective octane.

Get some Amsouil Powerfoam to clean your intake track and Redline SIL to clean your injectors.

So far problem got fixed as far as I can tell with stock tune with a dealer reflash. Took it in got an update under tsb 18-11-12 no more crappy shifting and nicer torque convertor lockup.
