restore the stock tune. drag/drop this to the intune drive, let the tool reboot, then load the tunes.

I was able to adjust the tire size, not by how tall the tire is, but by the width, aspect ratio, ad rim size, and have not had the light come back on since. I did not touch the gear size.

That could be the solution to any issues people still might be having with the 07. Don't touch the tire size, but do it the way I did.

I just got my Intune today for my '07 Sierra 5.3...

And after updating today.. I tried setting it to 87 Octane.. Firm shifts.. DoD delete.. tq management -10% 1-2 & 2-3... also set tire size to 275-65-18

and about 2 miles into my test drive I got ABS & BRAKE lights & lots of dinging... came back and cleared codes & went for a test drive again.. and got the same thing at the exact same point in my test drive...

So is the solution to skip the tire size correction???

It worked for me. I have noticed that the ones that can't get rid of that light are adjusting by how tall the tire is. Try it with the other option of Width/Aspect Ratio/Rim Size and see if that helps.

Sorry, I misread your post. What I did may or may not work for others. I adjusted the tire and wheel size after I downloaded all of the updates. Maybe try to restore it back to stock, and then retune it. I would not recommend touching the final gear. Even though my truck has a 3:73, the tuner defaults at 3:72. Don't even worry about messing with that, unless you did a gear swap.
