06 Mustang GT C&L CAI problems

I just bought and installed a C&L racing cold air intake on my 2006 Mustang GT and I tuned it with the C&L preset tune included with the predator tuner. I drove it around for about 5 minutes and everything seemed fine. Then my car completely stalled on me and the check engine light came on. The engine was still running but it was idling very rough at about 500 rpm. It sounded like the engine was'nt getting any air. I tried giving it some gas but it would'nt respond at all, I even floored it. I turned off the engine, started it up, and it was still idling very rough at about 500 rpm. After about a minute of rough idling, it started to idle normal at 750 rpm. I managed to drive it home and when I checked the trouble codes it said bank 1 and bank 2 were running lean. I imagine I might need a new tune so the MAF sensor can read the air correctly. I do have a few modification listed in the vehicle modification box above. I was hoping you guys might be able to send me a custom tune or if you guys have any idea of what the issue is. Thanks in advance.

i just looked that intake up on american muscle and the first thing i notice is that it said custom tune required

what tune did you load exactly?

Well now i have it tuned to the 87 octane performance because that C&L tune was giving me problems

And its fine? If thats the case you have a no tuning required intake.

Sorry i probably should have mentioned i put the stock air box back on
