I am now into my 3rd week of having my Intune for my 2012 Challenger 5.7 R/T. From the beginning I had issues getting a tune installed. I have tried multiple ways of installing and this is how I am able to install tunes with no errors.

1. Use the key instead of the push button
2. In vehicle personal settings turn the delay to power accessories on exit to OFF
3.For the Key Cycles, hit the green check on the Intune - then cycle the key

Using these steps I have had no issues.

I have performed quite a few tune writes on my Challenger with all of the above as well, but I still experience write failures about 30-50% of the time. Hopefully with more information they can get this pinned down and solved. Thanks for keeping at it DS.

I agree with that with the caveat of don't ever turn the key off and then back on. With my 2012 Challenger R/T it would NEVER come back on, and then error out and go to "RecoveryMode". E-mail Tech Support was very helpful and got me through it. She runs fine now, but blew up a key fob in the process. No joy with help for that. On the plus side, I learned how to disable the horns when the car alarm went off during the 2 day process of trying to get my car back running.

Thank you for writing this. I was starting to get concerned with my car basically locking me out and not detecting the fob. But I tried this and was able to get the tune done within a few minutes! The biggest tip is to never turn the car all the way off
