update issue

after updating my intune . I believe I lost my factory cal. is there a way to retrieve it so I may restore it to my truck so I can take it in for service

write a tune to the vehicle as if it were a new tune, the intune will say that it appeares there is already and DS tune on the vehicle, then it will write/save a DSBackup file and then send that file to diablo and let 'em know your issue.... they will give you further info/instructions...
