Getting the following error message when tuning:

"VIN XXXXXXXXXXX is not licensed, no remaining open licenses."

Tuner was bought used.

The tuner is locked to a previous vehicle. The original backup must be restored to the original vehicle or there is a fee to unlock the unit.
