looks like you are trying to tune a 2013 Dodge?
They are not yet supported.

is this your VIN?

if so, it is a 2013, not a 2012.

8th digit of the VIN is the year, a=2010, b=2011, c=2012, d=2013.

Yes, that's my vin number. It is very strange what you say because I buy the jeep in novembre 2012.
But my problems with dcx intune began to update it, I could not. Please help.

I cant help sir...the vehicle is not yet supported, we are still working to add support for the 2013 models.

Thanks, but I had trouble connecting intune to pc, I could not update it.
I will try to test the intune a model that has the vin number 2012.
Is there a date for the update is ready for 2013 models? (Approximate)
