Anyone have a "stability sys disabled" error on GM.

Post by danzigman »

I get this error after I try to adjust the tire size on my '05 Tahoe Z71 2x4 87 Octane Tune. The tune works fine until I adjust the tire size. I am trying to adjust it to 275/55/r20 which is the factory wheel and tire combo on a '05 Silverado SS. It is also a standard size on later model Tahoes. It would seem to me that this should be a no brainer tweek to the standard tunes.

I had to put the actual tire height measured with a tape measure in to get it correct finally got it right by playing with that number up and down.

yes correct ^ ^ ^

do not go by the numbers on the tire sidewall... you need to actually measure your tire from the ground to the top of the tire for best/correct results...
