Win 7 preventing driver/file installation

Hi;

I have Windows 7 with latest patch updates. When I plug in my new Trinity, and select autorun, it pops up a window with videos and PDF's to read. I cannot view the videos or PDF's, windows says "security Settings do not allow downloads from CD".

I went to plug in the Trinity to the 2012 Challenger SRT8. I went part way through the marrying process, and the tuner said it supports these vehicles: (with nothing showing my vehicle). I am guessing I need an update to my Trinity? But I cannot get to the driver update program.

My serial number is 6M4HF3F.

Any suggestions?

make sure your user account is an Administrator account... and also disable the UAC crap for your user account.. the User Access Control... click on that, and put the slider all the way to the bottom to disable it... save/apply the change, reboot, and should be good to go...

it's those permissions for your user account causing the issue, not Win7... I have Win7 Pro 64-bit and have no issues...
