u7135 will not load new crom

I have a predator U7135 with version 9r27. Want to load new crom but it will not load with the ds downloader. Using Windows 7 64bit system. Any ideas on the problem here.

Finally got it figured after doing some more research and reading, thanks any how, loaded and working, sometimes it just takes a bit.
