hey I just bought the i1000 tuner and it wont work....I updated it on computer then tried again...I got as far as selecting octain then it started telling me to turn off then on a couple times...then just says cant read pcm or something...wut do I do???

I have an '08 dodge charger Daytona, and I had a similar thing happen...
The techs reset my tuner, and advised me to just skip the key cycle........ Just to hit the check mark to continue.
Worked for me.

I have a 2011 dodge ram 5.7 hemi...it won't mess anything up?

While I've been waiting on yall to answer the phone I decided to try again and still had no luck..after it tells me to turn off and on my truck it then says failed to read pcm original backup...I've had this tuner for a week now and I would love to use it...anyone have any answers for me? Thanks

Ok now I'm a little pissed off cuz when I called tech support they told me to take the tuner back so I tryed that and pep boys don't take back performance parts...so not only did I waist $400 I didn't even have the plessure of trying out a tuner for the first time...

they should take it back within 30 days...
