New InTune install in a 2011 RAM .....no joy

Installing a new InTune in a 2011 RAM R/T and am getting stuck on the initial load with "an error occurred while installing the calibration update". I have done the update and tried many times to do the install (including letting it do its reset).....as well as not turning the key on/off as instructed on the tool and read on this forum.

Any ideas/suggestions? No progress this morning as I couldn't stay on hold longer than the 45 min.

is it an I-1000-DCX?

if skipping the key cycles did not work, please give us a call with the tool powered up in the truck and we'll sort it out.
