I have 2012 wrangler jk manual,pc

after I updated the intune for the first time I plug the device into my wrangler and followed the instruction's in after loading an error has accorded then the device go into recovery mode after that I try to continue the proses by click continue on recovery mode then a message appear that the intune need to be update ,itry to do the update the updater program for windows show a message that don't unplug the device until the updates is done it doesn't change for 2hs I think there is wrong plz help with it.

the tool is done updating ove it gets to the main menu.

go back to the vehicle, let it go through recovery, then skip the key cycles at te end to get past the errors (leave the key in the run position).

I connect it on my wrangler and I let it go through recovery and its says need update can't go further it says PCM calibration for 1c4bjwb........ Might need update.check for calibration update? Yes or no .
After I pick no it says no backups are stored for 1c4bjwb........ . And when I pick yes it says unplug the devise .!!!

It wants you to go and connect to the computer for an calibration update, then return to the vehicle and proceed to update with the new calibration and then load your tunes. Remember to use the check marks and leave the key ON.

I'm stuck in this mode on a 2011 Charger...I've done this twice.

please give us a call with the tool powered up in the vehicle.
