PCM is possibly Getting Replaced While Tuned!

Ok, so Tuesday morning my truck died on my way to work while i was doing some data logging with my laptop, and would not start back up. I have previously never had a problem with my truck (08 Dodge Ram 1500 5.7). I pulled up the codes on the predator and damn, that was alot of codes. Basically all my engine sensors were reading something of the nature of high input, or reference voltage high. Had it Towed to the closest dealer and they are leaning toward a PCM.
My question is, if they replace my PCM under warranty, how will i be able to unlock my predator so i can use it again on my truck. I have an old Stock tune saved on my computer but that is it. P.S. They haven't mentioned anything thus far about the PCM being tuned and i do not want them to find out untill after they approve it for warranty because i really do not have the money for all the labor and the part.
