Well I'm out of time for the 2013 tune. I just handed back my Vapor a couple of days ago and taking delivery of my 2014 SRT next week. I hope that I'm now not up for an even longer wait for the 2014 given the 2013 is still MIA??otherwise I guess my trinity's going to remain a paperweight indefinitely.

Do the 2014 models have the same boot loader?
I guess the real question is "will the already out 2014 be supported as soon as the 2013 is?"

No, they changed it again, but we are on top of it.

Not trying to be smart, but what does 'on top of it mean' regarding the 2014 bootloader, comparitive to fact the 2013 tune is still being finalised? Will it happen close to the availability (whenever that's going to be) of the 2013 tune, or will it be some time further down the track till we see a 2014 tune?

Must be a lot harder sorting SRT tunes than Audi RS series tuning, since the 2014 RS6 only hit the market in europe 4 months ago, 2 major German tuners, plus a couple of minor ones have all launched ECU tunes for it last month..I expect by the time mine arrives in Oct or Nov, my local euro tuner will have an ECU Tune ready from his German affils..However, I get the sense I could still be here waiting for a 2014 SRT tune.

The Audis aren't encrypted with military rolling code technology, being changed every year. The Chryslers are. Ever notice that they get GM and Ford tuning out immediately? Because GM and Ford aren't trying to keep tuners out.

Chrysler has been impossible to deal with since Fiat bought them. Join the majority and tell them to fuck off and move on. Instead of an overpriced, underperforming, Jeep SRT8, buy an X5M, ML63, Cayenne Turbo or the like. Instead of an inferior Charger or 300 SRT8, buy a CTS-V, M5 or E63. You get a better vehicle, more power, and none of the Chrysler or Fiat bullshit. Hell, you're in Australia. You can get an HSV Holden! If they were sold here, nobody would buy the Chryslers!

At this point, I wouldn't drive another SRT if they gave it to me for nothing. Been there, done that, moved on when they fucked up.

if you want to send me your PCM (and pay what those guys charge), I'll flash it on the bench right now. Easy. What those guys are doing is a little simpler, as they are not mass producing a product that has to work in 1000s of different vehicles. I bet it would take them YEARS to create something that does what inTune/Trinity do, and then it would just work on one Audi PCM. Making it work on as many different PCMs as we do is a feat unto itself :)

Also, have you noticed we have 2014 Mustang support, 2014 GM truck and 2014 Camaro support available?
Why? Cause Ford and GM are not doing ANYTHING in an effort to keep us or anyone else out. Hence, they have a much stronger aftermarket, cheaper parts, more tune development, etc.
Its a bummer really.
