Hi Mike, last tune written says: Modify Stock Tune. When continue is pressed it lists a calid: # and a vin: #
Does this indicate that it is locked? Thanks

Yes, it is locked to that VIN.

Same question - mine is also a u7198 my software is v.9r17.

I did the restore original backup and now when I do the options / show last tune written is says

Original Backup

and when I continue it just goes back to the menu.

Have I successfully unlocked it from my ride?
