Emergency!!!

Don't know what happened but just got a new trinity for my 2011 Ram. Plug in obd2 after doing software updates and turned on engine and pressed performance on the tuner. Well now my PU is in the driveway running and wont turn off. Called diablo and they are closed. How can I turn the PU off? help!Is there a fuse that I can pull to turn kill the engine?

That was not good. Anyway,got the pu shut down but I keep getting a message when trying to load the tuner about an unlock code -34. It will not let me load anything. Really just trying to turn the mds off but the trinity can't seen to get into the ecm. Any help? I did go through and select my vehicle yr. and model and engine.That part went fine. But when I hit performance it goes through the motions and then at the end it tells me that it failed and gives me that code.

Been sitting on hold for a while now. The trinity tells me this when I get into it." PCM Error unlock for reflash -34" Tried it again and now it gives error unlock for reflash code -53. On hold for 1 1/2 hrs so far. Don't know how much more of these commercials I can take...

Well I held for 1hr and 45 minutes and no one answered my call. Just commercials over and over.You guys are not the only ones that are busy and I think holding for that amount of time with no response is a little rediculous. So what's the deal with this tuner? Why won't it marry my PU?

So does anyone have any idea how to get this trinity to marry up to my PU computer? All I get is an PCM unlock error for reflash. $600.00 and it's sitting in the box. Hell all I really want to do is turn the mds off. I don't know why dodge didn't give the consumer a choice built in. Is there any other way to turn the mds off?

sorry to hear about your troubles, did you connect to DSD and see if there is any update?

Yes the 1st thing I did when the tuner arrived was to load software and get the driver updates. Everything seemed to go fine on that end. The computer in my Ram is locked and for some reason the trinity can not get into it.

Sounds like the PCM may not be happy, try giving us a call this morning with the tool powered up in the vehicle.

Just found out that my ecu was programmed by B&G BACK IN MARCH 2012. Is this the reason the trinity can't get into the ecu? If so,what can I do about this? Do I need to get my ecu re-flashed back to stock for the tuner to work?

Also the Ram has been running like crap since so it appears that when I tried to load the trinity it effected the B&G tune that was on the ecu. Idles rough now and I keep getting a flashing cel light.
