Intune can't find ECU?

I just got my Intune back from RMA and restored my car back to stock because I was having severe overboost issues. I downloaded the latest updated tune for my car and put it on the Intune drive. Now when I go back to my car to try and load the new tune, it never finds my ECU. It just keeps telling me "No ECU Found". I would love some help here. Thank you guys.

Yes. After many, many tries, it finally found my ECU and allowed me to load the Diablo Tune again. This time, I'm going to reset the ECU before I take it out, and then datalog it.
