Have tried about 20 times to get the drivers on my windows 8 pc from the zip file on my desktop. I am following the directions on your site but when I get to other devices to update the driver software it doesnot find it. any suggestions?

Re: windows 8 drivers
Hi,
Sorry for your inconvenience. Our drivers have been updated and they sit on the CD-ROM drive that loads when you plug your USB cable into your PC and your inTune.
Please follow the instructions below:
Let’s start by getting a screen shot of your device manager so I know how I need to proceed. Forgive my instructions, they are detailed so you can skip them if you know how to grab a screen shot of your device manager window.
Please move your mouse to the bottom–left of your screen… a little square will pop up… ignoring the square, right click the bottom-left area with your mouse to pull out the context menu (basically a right click style of menu).
On that menu, you’ll see “Device Manager”. Go ahead and click that.
Now the device manager should have opened. Make sure it is the active window by clicking on the title bar.
We are going to grab a screen shot. Once you have the window active, hit the following keyboard keys at the same time:
Ctrl+Alt+PrtScn
NOTE: The “PrtScn” button is usually above or to the right of the backspace button. Slowly check for the PrtScn label on your keys in that area.
We have to create the image and add it as an attachment to the forum post. Follow the instructions below (we're going to open Microsoft Paint):
Move your mouse to the right of your desktop and allow the “charms” panel to pull out from the right. At the top of charms, you’ll see a magnifier glass to allow to search. Click that and search for “paint” and open the program.
Paste your image in there, save it and attach it to this post when you reply.
If you feel confident to continue in the device manager, follow these instructions:
On the device manager, you'll see an option for "inTune...". You'll want to right-click that then click "update driver". When it asks you where to find the driver please select "browse my computer"... then go to "My Computer" and find the CD-ROM drive that has mounted itself. In that directory is where the driver is.
Thanks for reading, I look forward to seeing the screen shot if you are still stuck.
Daniel

Re: windows 8 drivers
I was able to get it to load the driver but when I connect the intune to the computer nothing happens. The screen shot is from before I was able to get the driver to load the way you explained at the bottom of your post.

Re: windows 8 drivers
the gif of the tuner will pop up and check for updates but that's it. Autoplay wont recognize it and ask me what I want to do. Also, how do I go about getting the diablo short cut on my desktop since I had to load the driver a different way than explained on your site? On the screenshots of the windows 8 ex. there is a devilhead shortcut. I was thinking after the driver was installed I should have this also.
