09 6.4 tunes

Got 37s 12.5 wide on 09 6.4 what's the best tune configuration for engine and transmission for mpg? Power?whats the best set up everyone has found for all around and parameter wise? Thanks

Shouldn't need to adjust much, load any of the tunes and enjoy
