87 oct. tune question

i have installed the 87 oct. tune on a 2012 ram 1500 5.7.l. the tune installed no problems after the installation i choose to modify some of the parimeters after i finish the adjust the tool asks if i want to install the 87 tune again i choose to install again my question is by installing the tune again will it void all the adjustments i had maid or will it keep them on the memory? thanks ray
