Uploading custom tunes into 2011 Jeep HEMI PCM?

I purchased my DCX tuner several months ago and would like to install a custom tune but have been told that the 2011 RAM & Jeep HEMI PCM will require a fix to the tuner before I can do so. Is this really an issue and if so, what is the ETA of such a fix?

it is something we are investigating, there were a few customers who had odd behavior after loading custom tunes.

Not to be a squeaky wheel, but is there an update on resolving the 2011 RAM/Jeep custom tune issue?
