Emission Testing

My '06 Mustang GT with CAI and Steeda tune could not be tested for emissions as the O2 sensors and Catalyst Monitors had NOT READY readings. There were no scan codes or warning lights. Was advised to re-establish the 'drive cycle'. Followed Factory instructions for setting the 'drive cycle' several times w/o success...still got NOT READY readings. Reverted to factory tune did the 'drive cycle' thing again and passed. My question is: does inTune include a canned CAI tune that will pass emissions for my 4.6L V8 or do I have to reinstall the factory tune before emission testing to be sure?? Thanks, Jimy

O2s are turned off. No idea why or how.

load the tune back to the car then post a copy of the last tune written so I can check it out.

Similar issue 2014 challenger rt 5.7L:
All my drive cycles ok except for EGR reading not ready. Car will pass smog but CA wont pass if any cycle is not ready. Im aware my car does not have an EGR.
Details:
Cam upgrade from MMX(NA Lope Cam), new lifters, rods, springs, head gaskets, and used hellcat exhaust manifold. 3"catback exhaust. DS i3intune used to tune but EGR still not ready. Car runs and all. Car will not run if i restore original tune due to cam upgrade. What, if any, are my options to get the Egr drive cycle to complete? Can a tune be written to keep the certain parameters so my pcm is able to "ready" my imaginary EGR?
Thnks,
