Registration Problem

Hey, new intune Mac user having problems trying to register. Getting an error when i try to submit my info from the pop window. Here is my info, can you please help me register my intune so I can get updates, thanks.

drag/drop this file to the intune drive, let the tool import it, and its registered

Thanks, now all I have to do is just upload all the missing updates & i should be good to go?
