Disappointed with Diablosport!!!

UPS Label Delivery, 1Z4Y21A38466372714. Is this how you treat all your customers? I was told when you receive the ecu you will be able to get it back out the same day! I have sent a lot of emails requesting a status update with no response at all! I have been without my car for more than a week now because of your lies! If I don't get my ecu in the mail Monday June 17, 2013 I will be contacting the attorney general's office and the Better Business Bureau on Tuesday June 18, 2013. If you have any update's PLEASE let me know ASAP!!!

As I said in the other forum, it says right on the RMA request page "RMA turn around can take up to 30 days on average (not including shipping time)." You aren't their only customer.

Why did Mike Litsch lie to me on the phone then? Why cant anyone at diablosport answer my emails? So why when I called diablosport and talked to Vas Vogiatzis he said the ecu will ship this week, but i'm still without a running vehicle today? I'm just sick of the poor customer service at diablosport, and all the lies. If mike would have told me the truth about the turn around time I could have just gone to the dealer, paid the $90 and had my car running in 2 days.

They'll NEVER have me as a customer again, junk intune that f**ked up my ecu was just aggravating, but that with the poor customer service has turned me over to SCT.

DiabloSport is a small company and thusly things take longer. They do however have the best products out there. If you choose to go to another company, you're just hurting yourself. Ever hear the term "You're cutting off your nose to spite your face"? That applies here.

If it's the best product out there why did it kill my car? Why has diablosport done nothing about it?

uhhhh.. stuff got received into the shipping dept. on a friday, and they're closed Sat./Sun.???? heh...

just because it was received at the "front desk", doesn't mean it got through the process and into the correct dept. to get things fixed/figured out right away... it's not like it goes directly to the necessary department and person right when it gets received/signed for at the "front desk"... there is a process... and it's not like everyone drops everything else they're in the middle of working on because they saw YOUR delivery... it goes into the queue... they'll get to it as soon and as quickly as they can....

does it take over a week to get from the front desk to the techs work area? Why did Vas Vogiatzis tell me on the phone it would ship out on Thursday june 13? What a bunch of liars at diablosport.

Sometimes things happen. At least they're willing to fix it. I had Superchips kill a PCM and they wouldn't even do that.

update: it's been 2 weeks now still haven't received my ecu or intune.

UPDATE: Received the ecu and intune, car still not running. ecu wasn't programmed for my key, now the anti-theft light's going off and car wont start. I now have to tow it to the dealer and get new keys made at about $70 a pop and/or reflash the ecu at $85 a pop on top of the towing fee. Is diablosport going to reimburse me for this? I highly doubt it. It will be almost 3 weeks I've had no running car because of a faulty update for my intune.
