UPS Label Delivery, 1Z4Y21A38466372714. Is this how you treat all your customers? I was told when you receive the ecu you will usually be able to get it back out the same day! I have sent a lot of emails requesting a status update with no response at all! I have been without my car for more than a week now because of your lies! If I don't get my ecu in the mail Monday June 17, 2013 I will be contacting the attorney general's office and the Better Business Bureau on Tuesday June 18, 2013. If you have any update's PLEASE let me know ASAP!!!

UPS tracker says delivered and dropped off at front desk.

Says it right on the RMA request page; "RMA turn around can take up to 30 days on average (not including shipping time)."

The Attorney General and BBB will just laugh at you at this point.

Why did Mike Litsch lie to me on the phone then? Why cant anyone at diablosport answer my emails? So why when I called diablosport and talked to Vas Vogiatzis he said the ecu will ship this week, but i'm still without a running vehicle today? I'm just sick of the poor customer service at diablosport, and all the lies. If mike would have told me the truth about the turn around time I could have just gone to the dealer, paid the $90 and had my car running in 2 days.

They usually don't take that long, but they could. I have no idea what they told you, I'm just stating what the RMA page says. If they were rushing it for you then it may have gone out already. Thats something only people at the office would know.

I just hope this gets resolved quickly. I really need my car back.

Nobody is ignoring you. I feel like you spoke to Vas on Thursday or friday. I saw your emails replied to this morning. Please do not act like we are hiding from you or stealing your property, that makes no sense for a reputable company to do that or act that way.

I think Mikel has a full time job just answering e-mails. LOL

I actually talked to Vas on Wednesday June 12. I also sent emails last week on Monday and Tuesday asking for updates which were never responded to. I'm just calling it like I see it. It's just getting a little frustrating for me at this point.

UPDATE: Received the ecu and intune, car still not running. ecu wasn't programmed for my key, now the anti-theft light's going off and car wont start. I now have to tow it to the dealer and get new keys made at about $70 a pop and/or reflash the ecu at $85 a pop on top of the towing fee. Is diablosport going to reimburse me for this? I highly doubt it. It will be almost 3 weeks I've had no running car because of a faulty update for my intune.

What kind of vehicle? If it's a GM a lot of ECU's I've played with require a relearn of the key for the antitheft system.

You shouldn't have to have any keys "made" or the PCM "reflashed" or anything else. It seems the PATS requires a relearn after the PCM was replaced and reprogrammed although I don't understand why because I took your VID and "as-built data" and reinstalled all of it so unless the tool didn't read it right in the first place would be the only reason this is possible. Sorry your car was down but that PCM was not easy to find by any means especially new. Of course I'm sure I could have gotten a used one cheaper/faster but it may have failed again. Then you'd be mad at us for that as well. Sorry this has taken so long but we tried to return everything in the best shape possible to resolve the issue and make sure it doesn't happen in the future so the testing took a bit as well and the tool had to be replaced.

Maybe you shouldnt be speaking for the people at the office then, and bot comment if you dont know the answers yourself.....
