Any towing tune tips???

I recently got my "new to me" Predator unlocked (over-the-phone, thanks to the kind people at Diablosport!) and have had some time to play around with it. No big changes yet though. I am wondering about any useful adjustments that I can make for towing (I have an all stock 5.4, 4 speed OD auto, 3.73's and tow about 7500lbs). Anybody here with some suggestions as to what changes might be useful for towing applications (shift points come to mind for example)? There is all sorts of useful info on here but I searched and don't see a lot of info on towing tunes (I realize there are no specific towing tunes on the u7151).

Thanks in advance. :drivingbad:

All I've ever been told was "the sport tunes should work fine for towing".
Which gives me ZERO confidence in the tune when towing.

In fact, it's terribly rough on shifts with towing so I removed the tune.

I have a Volant CAI, Banks Power headers and monster exhaust....
I'm seriously considering the Banks Power tuner as they are heavily invested in truck power and towing.

Diablosport seems to be more of a "tuner" app than specific applications for use. IMO.

A tow tune simply adds as much low end torque as possible...which we do in all of our performance tunes.
I dont see why we'd offer a tune for towing when it would just be a half of a current performance tune :)

if you are having shifting issues, please, let us know, we'll work with you to sort it out.

Thanks
