Factory Restore Error

i did a factory restore on my 2012 dodge charger 3.6 8speed and now on my dash it shows my car going twice as fast, notice it on the freeway when it showed me doing 105 and every one else was going about the same speed, i checked dash option to make sure it was on mph and not kph. i also tried redoing the restore and same isue. please help
