Shifting too Hard!!

I installed the 87 octane tune in my 2004 Avalanche 2500. I immediately noticed an increase in low end power but the 1-2 and 2-3 shifts were WAY too hard! I tried backing off the part throttle shift pressure from -5 then -10 and finally -25 with absolutely no change. I then turned the torque management back on with no change. It is shifting so hard I had to restore to stock until I get some input.
Should I try reinstalling again and starting over? Is there another adjustment I need to make? For instance what does "upshift MPH vs. TP mean????

I am really curious about this because I have the same truck and mine is doing the same. My computer crashed so I can't load the data...

Mike, here are links to the files you requested. This is the 87 octane tune with the only mod being my installed tire size.

What program do you use to open and view these?

diablo's CMR tuning software is what's used to open diablosport tune files - it's like hptuners/efilive tuning software...

and they're gone for the day now, so you'll have to wait until tomorrow when they're back in the office...

Still looking for help here. I posted the files as requested. Backing off on the pressures makes no difference in the shift at all.
