Data log issues

I have the current data log viewer, and when I try to open the file be it from the intune or from file saved onto laptop I get a " command not supported"

Error critical failure

I get the critical error on peoples logs for custom tuning when they have not let it completely save first before disconnecting the intune from their vehicle... so that may be the issue there...

OR

you have let it record too long and the file it too huge...
