Need some help. Code P0158 Charger SRT8

So I have a SRT8 Charger w/ LT, catback and CAI. Loaded the 93 Perf CAI tune. I did the 'custom' version, where I up'd the fans back to stock #s (until t-stat is replaced) and turned off the 2 rear O2 sensor options (heater and sensor themselves I think). I have the latest revision as of like a week ago) from diablo on the tuner also.
So everything was working great car pulls really strong alls good. My wife takes it out tonight and it threw a P0158 code. I'm kind of WTF on this one, since the code is O2 sensor 2/2 (right rear). I thought they were off.
Is this a known issue? If so what can I do about it? The bright spot in having the this was not having to stare at the P0420 CEL all the time.
Thanks
For anyone that doesn't know here is the skinny on the code.
P0158-O2 SENSOR 2/2 CIRCUIT HIGH
When Monitored: O2 Sensor Heater Temperature is greater than 496°C (925°F) and battery voltage greater than 10.99 volts.
Set Condition: The Oxygen Sensor voltage is above 3.7 volts for 30 seconds. One Trip Fault. Three good trips to turn off the MIL.
Possible Causes:
(K243) O22/2 SIGNAL CIRCUIT SHORTED TO BATTERY VOLTAGE
(K904) O2 DOWNSTREAM RETURN CIRCUIT SHORTED TO BATTERY VOLTAGE
(K243) O2 2/2 SIGNAL CIRCUIT OPEN
(K904) O2 DOWNSTREAM RETURN CIRCUIT OPEN
O2 SENSOR

Thats more then likely related to the LTs, not the Predator. When headers are installed and the O2s are moved, its very common to screw up the readings and get a code.

But how am I getting codes on the sensors that have been disabled by the tuner? I was getting the normal 0420 after the LT install the DS tuner was the god send to kill those. I'm confused how this new CEL even got through.

i had the same problem with the r17 (haven't tried on r18 yet).
Everyone now and then (maybe twice in 6 months) i would have O2 codes. I got the diablo and turned off both heaters and sensors. In two days i thru 02 codes 5 or 6 times (clearing the code each time).
I turned the sensor and heater back on and haven't had another light on.

I actualyl had r17 on it. I didn't realize r18 was out, it must have been put up around the same time I was poking around with this.
I cleared the code and have taken the car out a couple times. Nothing so far. I'm considering pulling r18 and putting it on. Don't imagine it would/should make a difference.

Guys, try this please:
Leave the O2 sensors turned on, but only turn off the Heaters...this has worked to eliminate these codes for most people.
Thanks

Thanks Mike.
Will the dreaded 0420 code still be supressed with only the heaters off? This code was a big reason for me getting the tuner.

yeah. threw P0138 (other side) last night. Turning the only the heaters off today, hopefully codes will stop.

No go. Having the O2s on w/ only the heaters turned off might eliminate the 0138 and 0158 but the 0420 just came through this morning.
This is slightly frustrating since I bought the tuner more to eliminate the 0420 than anything else. Now I'm trowing more codes than before the tuner install.

Just checking in to see if there are any updates.
The car has now thrown codes 0420, 0430 and 0133 as well as the ones listed above.
I've now loaded the Perf 93 CAI up with the Heaters on and the Rear O2s off just to see what happens.
Not trying to bitch guys. I figure the more info and input you get from comsumers the better. I'd have more but honestly the car isn't driving that much.
I do have another question. The dash display has never been the same since loading the tune to it. It used to show the temp/direction and odometer... possibly the radio station but I'm not sure. Now since the first tune was applied it shows the Trip A and the temp direction. This is driving me nuts I can't find a way to make it show the odometer like it used to and now the only way to see the cars mileage is when you first sit in it before starting. Nothing on the steering wheel changes this (that I've found so far), so I was wondering on your test mule if you have seen this and if it can be changed? Even loading the origianl backup doesn't take it back to the 'old' way.

Press the button on the cluster. That toggles the trip odometers and regular odometer.

Which button? I've pressed them all and haven't been able to make that happen. Can pix be loaded up here?

There should only be one button on the instrument cluster. Thats all my 300 has. It looks like the ones on all other cars that resets the trip odometer.

Man I'm a gigantic retard. I took the car out tonight and was pressing all the buttons on the steering wheel. Then out of no where I remembered the damn (old style) trip peg in the Gas gauge.
Jesus I felt so stupid it was pathetic. Sorry guys I don't know who or when this button was touched. I had totaly forgotten it was there.
So far the 93 Perf CAI tune w/ o2s off and heaters on hasn't thrown an error. I'm knocking on wood and crossing my fingers.
