I have a 05' Dodge Rumble Bee that the dealership says they can't return the ecm back to stock even though it is stock but has what they say "high performance Tuning" they said the timing was off set by 40 degrees. Said that I would have to buy a whole new on board computer. Does the DiabloSport Predator have a stock tune that I could use as a baseline tune? The only mod that I was aware of was that the cats were removed and has aftermarket dual exhaust. I put spark plug de-foulers in with steel woll stuffed inside and plugged the cat harness back in and it no longer throws a check engine light. It's been running cel light free and running fine till last week when it started surging at low rpm's but wasn't throwing a cel so I replaced the erg valve but it still surged so that's why I took it into the shop. Why couldn't they return the tune back to stock? can a hand held tuner help me?

your dealer is lost I'm afraid. There is no reason they cant flash it with a stock tune. Call us with the tool powered up and we'll help you get it to stock.
