I have a 2002 Yukon Denali. The idle sits at about 400-500 RPM with the A/C on while in park and in drive. I have tried increasing the RMP up with the tuner (currently +250 RPM) but it makes no difference. That low of an RPM isn't enough to get cold air from the vents. It seems to jump around a bit, sometimes going up to 750 RPM, but it than drops down to about 350 before settling in at about 450 RPM.

are you adjusting the idle/AC on setting?

Yes, adjusted the AC on setting, also upped the AC off idle as well and adjusted both park and drive idle. AC off idle works perfect. I forgot to say it's the 6.0L Vortec GM engine. I have gone over 200 miles since the last tune and it's still doing it.

I thought there was a reflash for that. Try cleaning throttle body & doing induction service. If throttle blade is at max percentage of throttle allowed for idle. it wont let it go any further for fear of A runaway condition. I don't think it allows more than 15 %

There is no issue with my throttle body itself. This problem didn't start until I used this programmer.

goes back to normal with the stock tune?

Yes, when I return to stock, it works as it should.

load the tune and post the last tune written and the backup files please.
