Data logging questions with 3.6 wrangler

I tuned my 3.6 wrangler with intune 1000 dcx, currently running the diablo tune which is in fact a 93 tune, what shall I be logging and how do I check the logs to confirm it is running fine? By the way I really did not feel the different with 91 tune, it may be little better than stock but not much even with 20% throttle booster. Is there anyway you diablo guys can check to resolve this? Send you my stock back data maybe? Let me know
