Dealer reflash

I have a 2010 ram 1500 5.7 that I took in to get looked at do to hard shifting to reverse....and sometimes a hard 1-2 shift and knock under wot...they reflashed pcm under tsb 18-11-12 the pcm calid is now 05187929AF from 05187929AD...however with this update the trinity doesn't support this calid...and cant get dsdownloader to download an update....the truck runs way better with this update from the dealer and I down want to downgrade at all.

if the tool is asking for the downgrade, you'll have to let it do it to use the tunes...

But the truck shifts like crap on the old revision compared to new software. Wont downgrade cause i paid for the update. Isnt there a way you can make the new one work? I cant even backup the new revision.

downgrading will not affect the fixes they applied at the dealer. People have been doing this for years :)

So your saying that downgrading wont affect the tsb flash for the torque convertor ? I dont want to lose it

Well i flashed it and it seems like it undid the shift points and line pressure adjustments :(

I know you guys been busy with the 13's but any news??? I just want to be able to flash my truck with newer revision. And downgrading didn't keep the changes made in the new revision.
