2010 Challenger won't up shift

New to this forum, Last year installed the Trinity CAI 91 tune with shift point increased to 6200 rpm and increased the shift firmness,
results were very good at the track. good solid shifts at the higher rpm.
Put the stock tune back in for winter storage and first service in the spring. put the 91 tune back in, increased shift firmness
and boosted shift point to 6200 rpm. Now while approaching shift point it doesn't want to up shift, tried with out the firmness
increase and it is almost like rpm stop increasing before it shifts,( almost as if I lifted off the throttle at the moment it upshifts).
With the trans points at factory the trans shifts normal. Only at WOT this happens.
2010 Dodge Challenger R/T 5.7L , CAI, , Corsa extreme cat back, same wheels and tires as last year.
Any ideas how to fix this?

Thanks

Was actually thinking about that as a possible answer. Took the car out this morning, and it would not even manually upshift under wot had to ease up on the throttle. Where can I find the rev limiter settings? And about how much?

Thanks

raise it higher than the shift point for starters....add 500-600 rpm.
