Trinity freezes during Performance tab select

I bought a new 2013 Silverado 1500 5.3L so I updated Trinity to latest version then double checked for incremental updates but Trinity is reported to be up to date. I plugged into my Silverado and went through choosing correct vehicle and configuration. As expected the Trinity returned to the home screen. I selected the performance tab and the Trinity freezes. I unplugged and tried again several times. Took it back to my PC and checked installer version and everything is up to date but to be sure I did a reinstall. Checked the trinity tool for updates but it is all up to date.

I tried a tune again with same results, the Trinity freezes when I select "Performance". No matter how long I leave it nothing happens!

Help!

thats odd, never ran into that before, can you get into the performance menu if plugged into the PC?

Since it is freezing please tell me how to do a reinstall of the software. My warranty was over in July so I would like to try everything! You must have a method to maybe put old software then I can try the update again.

My Trinity worked fine until I did the update to latest version 4 days ago!
