Problems, need reset?

My 300c was working great with the 93oct CAI performance tune but two weeks ago I was having problems with the car surging and dying or stalling so I took it in to the local dealership and they replaced the throttle body, no go died in the parking lot, so they then installed a throttle body and a new PCM and the car runs great now but I went to tune it again with my diablo predator and it says it's locked and can't tune?! Did the PCM break the marriage of the tool? I've had it for a while and never had this problem. Do I need to get it reset? How do I do that now?

if you didnt restore the stock tune before they replaced the pcm, its married to the old pcm, thats why we always advise you to restore for any dealer visit.

Fax or email proof of the pcm replacement to 561-908-0048 then call with the tool powered up within an hour or so and we'll reset it for you.
