Speedometer Adjustment

Hi all,
Is there anyway to use the Predator to adjust the speedometer now that I changed my differential from 3:42 to 3:90?
2005 Corvette LS2 M6

If it was only 3 MPH off, it didn't need adjusting

How do I install the factory tune back into the car now?
I do not see the option on the tool now.
