Data logs won't play back, go into Dataviewer, or transfer..

To an SDcard. I can't get the files, to playback, or transfer. The logs were all recorded fine and data was displayed on the Trinity as I scrolled through multiple screens while recording.
It will however work when connected directly to my laptop.
2010 Challenger R/T....
any ideas?
Trinity is updated, as of last Friday, that is actually when this issue started....after the update.

can you upload them from the tool to the DV without using the SD card?

Thanks for the reply, sorry, been out of town for the past week....
Nope. They won't even playback on the tool. They lock up and won't play.

I am having the same trouble. I can not get files off Tool to Computer, and they will not play on the Tool either without locking up.
Version 1r10a
I had no trouble with Version 1r10 doing Data Logs.
