ECM "Footprint"

This is my first post over here so forgive me if this has been hashed out before. I have a 2012 Chrysler 300 SRT8 and am using an InTune DCX. I was under the impression that once the original tune was re flashed, there was no way the dealer had to tell the ECM had been modified. Now I've heard that the ECM keeps a record of how many times it's been re flashed and is accessible by the dealer . Anybody know for sure?

There is nothing for them to see, even if there was a flash counter, it does not say what you flashed with
