Performance Tune w/ Nitrous

Hello all! To Diablosport: Awesome product.
I am loving my 05 Magnum RT more than ever now with the 93 Octane performance tune. Now I've looked through this section and done some searches but haven't really developed a clear answer on this issue.
I am planning on installing a 100 shot nitrous kit within the next month or so. I know that the Predator allows you to pull timing which will help account for the nitrous, however I don't want to pull my timing all the time, only when I'm under nitrous. The rest of the time I would like to take advantage of the normal 93 Octane tune which advances the timing.
What is the best approach to this situation? Is it feasible to use the Predator to log my WOT timing with the stock tune, load a performance tune and log the timing to determine how much it is being advanced, then use another external device such as an MSD box, etc. to retard the timing only when under nitrous load?
Thank you for any advice!
