Hello,, I really need help

I live in kuwait, I bought my 2010 challenger srt8 from the states .. its has vortech v3 supercharger on and already tuned there by diablo tuning device by the first owner.. so i got the car here in kuwait and was already tuned in the states.. the problem is that the owner of the car didn't send me the diablo tuner ..

Now i want to install exhaust and headers on my car but I can't tune it because i dont have that device that tuned my car .. i went to some tuners here in kuwait they told me that even if i bought a new device it won't connect to my car because it will say that my car is already connected to another device ( which the owner has ) i dont even know why didnt he send me that device .. because as i know that each device is supposed to be for one car only and it cant be used on another car ..

Also another tuner told me that i have to bring the car back to stock in the car agency and they can wipe out the custom tune that was done.. then i have to buy a new device and he can tune it after that. but im afraid that something bad will happen to the engine after this procedure ! because my car is supercharged.

Anyone can help me with this, please ?

you can get one of our tuners and we can help you use it to set the car back to stock, but then it will need to be retuned from scratch to get it running properly again from there.
