Big big big troubles....

Just received my t-1000 tuner for my 2012 ram 1500 5.7 hemi and surprises!!!
1-Cannot install the USB driver because my Windows 7 version is a french one...
2-My truck needs an update...but i can't connect my tuner on my pc...
3-Any ideas????

1. There should be a config setting in Wondows to allow installation of non French devices, that will take care of 2, 3, and 4

Im not windows expert, but I believe it can be done.

you need to change the Region and Language settings from the Control Panel... you need to set it to U.S. English instead of french...
