Registration code, please help!

Intune i1000 purchased for 2013 f150 5 litre.

Serial number JNKZQCB

Can't seem to prod web site to provide registration number. Have tried many times from a couple of different pc's.

Need to justify the $500.00 spent to enable this device.

So we got through the registration issue and PC seems to be happy.

BUT when I plug into new f150 5 litre it says not supported.

Quite a bit of frustration now. Installed K&N intake system and really want to get tunes installed.

Please help.
