Just unboxed, updated and registered my fancy new InTune I-1000 DCX, plugged it into my 2012 Jeep JK 3.6 and BAMMM!!! PCM needs calibration, update may be required. So I plug the fancy device back into my laptop, boot it up, hit update and then gets hammered with this, "Calibration ID: 68090875AG Status: Error" Please contact techsupport! So here I am, praying for your help

I have attached my info file for convenience, good luck

MikeL or other tech support / admins......I have a similar error message.
inTune tool has worked great for over a year. But tonight I updated it same process I've gone through before.
See attached screenshots, unzip the file...shows step by step until the error.
I get "
Calibration ID 04727543AH Status: Error". Just like the OP posted above.
I emailed your support address. What do I from here? Thanks.

Garrett Kabinoff is helping me troubleshoot. I used the inTune on my '09 Pontiac G8 GT successfully for more than a year now. I tried to just scan-codes on an '06 Pacifica long time ago. So it should not be retaining a calibration ID.
Again, just trying to troubleshoot the problem code. Garrett suggested (2) things.
1) send him the "info.xml" file containing update IDs & tuned vehicle VIN
2) "settings-->advanced-->clear all updates" then resync the tool via Internet connection, reconnect to tuned vehicle '09 Pontiac G8.
I will update with the results of those suggestions from Garrett.

**UPDATE**
I followed the two steps that Garrett (tech support) told me by email. IAW my last post above.
Success! "Clear all updates", reconnecting to the vehicle--->disconnect--->reconnect to Internet (PC). Message now is "This inTune is up to date."
Thanks!

Also getting the PCM may need update message, this was the first time trying to install any tune after unboxing and updating. unplugged device from truck and tried to update again, and no updates are available. i tried to import a file that Mikel has posted for another 2014 ram 1500 hemi, but i gave me a message that an update for an unknown vehicle has been detected and to contact tech support and rebooted. anyone able to help?
