U7146 custom tune

I was wondering how I can go about getting a custom tune for my 98 2v 4.6l 5 Spd gt. I have a full custom exhaust no cats or resonators 2.5" piping. Stack racing performance cold air intake, wider tires over stock 315 will have to get tallness, I just purchased 373 ford racing gears everything else is pretty much stock. Besides cosmetic mods. I already run the 93 diablo tune. I'm unsure if this is the wrong thread I am very new.
