Got my DS tuner for my 2013 today. I took it out to the car and plugged it in and noticed that speedlogix did not update it like they said they would, so I took it inside and plugged it up to my PC amd downloaded the drivers and the DS software. The tuner was automatically recognized and it began to start to download lots up updates. After all the updates were done I took the tuner back out to the car and plugged it in again. This time my 2013 Charger RT was available to select as an option. I selected the correct vehicle and tried to install the 91 octane tune. The tuner advised it need to create a backup of my stock tune and it starts backing up once the button is in the run position. This takes about 5min till it get to 90% and a message on the screen says "turn key off" I turn the vehicle off and hit continue on the trinity it then advises me to turn the car back to run position without starting car. I politely oblige and I get and error saying "original backup NOT saved" it goes through these steps again and gets to 90% and fails it then says that tuning cannot be preformed "error reading pcm" ....so am I missing something here???

the latest file is ready for download. Try plugging the trinity back into the computer and update the tool using the DS Downloader. The latest version is 1r10b and should solve this issue. Thanks.

I can confirm that R10B is loaded on the unit. Still issue exists

I would guess there is low voltage, try driving it around for a few minutes then try again.

If you have a battery charger, try charging the battery during the read process. If not, take the vehicle for a drive around the block a few times and try tuning again.
