sept 2013 trinity purchased my vehicle is not shown

I have a vista windows computer installed the usb/dsdownloader software. I have updated the t1000 tool . still the tool does not show my 2013 charger r/t 5.7 engine or for that matter any dodge vehicles 2013 ! what / wher must I find the tool update so that it has my 2013 doge vehicle in it ?

Is your driver installed properly? I just bought my unit yesterday and I had no problems installing the downloader on Windows 8, but the driver did not install properly, I spend hours trying to install the driver. I had to re-install the windows driver manual, since the Trinity did not talk to the downloader. Ones done I plugged the Trinity into the computer and the unit downloaded all new Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep updates automatically.

after i read your success after like me many hours of grief ,I thought about your posting.

what I did was start dsdownloader program with the tool not connected. the download reported no tool found I then plugged in the tool now the downloader sees the tool. I then hit the update tool control. the tool is updated with the same exact display file from yesterday. I then check to see if the 2013 dodge is there , nope !

so now I go to the dsdownloader file .exe to re-install the dsdownloader program. turned off the dsdownloader that was already in the computer first. installed dsdownloader and the USB drivers again for the 15th time !

now I open the dsdownloader program and the tool is connnected ... I hit the tool update and bingo the file downloading is 1r10.crom and it is 25.4 megs. this is a file I did not see yesterday .

well after 45 min of tool update transferring that is what was needed to update the 2013 vehicle data list and my vehicle is now in there.

thanks for your reply of success , as it made me go thru this time consuming process one more time .

perhaps this file was not available yesterday when I did all these series of configurations .
