challenger loading tune problems

Bought the intune dcx 2 days ago..ive been trying to get the tune to load but it wont? I get all the way up to when its going to write it in the pcm and when it prompts you to turn vehicle off, I do. Than when it tells you to turn vehicle on (when its getting ready to write it)it shuts down the pcm and I have to remove battery cable to get car to start again..it seems it pulls in my stock tune in than just wont write the intune in? I do have push start ignition but i am following the instructions perfectlly..have updated it on my computer successfully. Bout ready to smash this thing

skip the key-cycle it asks you to do.. just select continue....

how would I get it out of recovery mode being I tried loading it following the promps correctly?

go through recovery, and skip the key cycles at the end.
